A aircraft of the United Airlines was delayed at a New York airport as a passenger uttered the word "bomb".
Craig Apple, Albany County sheriff , said that, the flight crew was alerted by another passenger boarded on the plane at Albany International Airport. The man who uttered the word"bomb" was taken into custody.
The plane was bound for Newark, New Jersey. The pilot requested a search of the plane and all passengers were evacuated. K-9 units searched the aircraft and everything was unloaded from the plane.
The flight was allowed to take off after the delay, when no bomb was found. The police response was routine, Apple said.
